Everyone spent too much time on the bench. There weren't enough jobs and they did a very lowkey job of laying many people off, people who worked there as little as 2 months and as long as 2 years+.

You have to ask for permissions to get vacations. Not totally honests about vacation time pre-negotiated. Very conservative communication not young or fresh relations. It feels like very vertical hierarchy.
