      The people are nice. Work life balance is excellent usually and low stress.

      Cons

      Health benefits could be better. Yearly bonus is small. Sometimes the projects are not very interesting.

      At that time fully worked from home, not sure now

      Culture and the overall structure—unnecessary roles in place, while essential roles are missing Poor management during the company mergers; eventually, the dreadful directors either left or were let go, but they stayed in their roles for far too long, being completely useless
