      Pros

      Excellent work environment. Terrific team of dedicated and talented people. Great growth prospects and career opportunities.

      Cons

      Still a slightly immature company with regards to internal processes so don't expect that they have everything figured out. You have to drive your own career, no one is going to handhold you through it. It's a dynamic and challenging place (customers and internally) that will push you out of your comfort zone often. You will have to figure some things out yourself and take ownership. Perficient is not the top salary payer and likely never will be but there are other upsides beyond salary.

      If you are part of the "click" you will do good, also if you are part of social gatherings you will get a promotion.

      Cons

      Expensive health care coverage You have to know X and Y people to advance that famous bonus is peanuts Bench time is hell(nobody wants to tell you how long you have) You have to interview internally to get an actual project Overall one of the worst consulting companies in the market
