      Pros

      I only had to go to the client site every other month Decent benefits, which includes Paid Time Off Decent Salary

      Cons

      If you voiced your opinion in front of the business, the scrum master targeted you and made false statements to the business, and management ignored it When rolled off a project, there was no help finding another project, even though when hired it was stated they would help.

      Pros

      Forward thinking, diversified tech & marketing services company. Has partnerships with great tech companies, including Microsoft, IBM, Salesforce, Amazon, Oracle, Google and more.

      Cons

      Company seems to be more focused on short-term results than on long-term employee contributions & satisfaction. Values of collaboration and integrity sound great, but not much put into practice.

      Pros

      Great culture and people. Never feel like you’re being micromanaged and my director is easy to talk to. Easy to move up and they offer classes to boost your skill sets. Three weeks paid vacation right off the bat is great.

      Cons

      Saying the salary is on the “low end” is a drastic understatement. It really can’t even compare to what other companies offer for the same job and when current employees get new offers Perficient will NOT match to keep you around. They are perfectly fine being a rotating door. No maternity leave.
