One of the best tier two consulting companies in the U.S. right now with relevant services and capabilities that would suit most fortune 500 companies

Cons

So much acquisitive activity and lack of integration that overall national delivery strategy is fragmented and hindered by individual former owner earn outs. If this company ever pieces together all of the capability into one strategic go to market delivery strategy they will be a force to be reckoned with.

Management promotes team approach, but people leave or let go all the time Most have selfish viewpoints / ongoing backstabbing hard to witness Revenue Growth huge priority over quality delivery
