Pros
Smart people that work hard, care about clients and give it their all. Only reason for 2 stars is the people.
Cons
Structure way out of date, executive team ignores feedback from field and most importantly the CEO is in over his head and seems too arrogant to admit mistakes and make way for change. Top salespeople and senior leaders lining up ready to leave since execs can’t be bothered with sales model that’s broken, org structure where teams sell uncoordinated with each other, or any number of things causing friction. Not what it used to be, no wonder business is struggling.
