Pros
Practice leaders were all top notch with loads of experience. Good work/life balance was a priority at this office, less so overall.
Cons
Corporate changed the compensation scheme for Business Development and heavily incentivized them to push no-experience tech talent from abroad instead of the experienced consultants who made the name for the office or practice. Many left or went to national practices.
