There are many opportunities to gain new knowledge in various technologies because of the multi-partnered relationships and technologies Perficient has. Perficient is competitive in regards to salary and benefits in comparison to companies of the same size. In many cases their benefits are better than much larger companies.

Because of the companies fast growth and acquiring of other companies, the business units remain siloed which creates fragmentation.
