- Great working environment where employee will have many opportunity to learn new technology and apply it into real client project.

Cons

- Working as a consultant would be stressful sometimes due to the requirements asked by the clients. - It always takes time when start working on a new client project to set up the account on client's side.

remote work available, autonomy, pretty good benefits, good experience for entry level

Cons

interdepartmental communication/communication in general is lacking, leadership is challenging to work for (many have been there too long and might be in the position due to longevity not that they are great managers or leaders), processes/systems over complicated, inefficiencies which makes the job frustrating, pay is OK, not room for advancement
