Pros

Nearly limitless opportunities to learn new things and take on high-levels of responsibility. No one will ever tell you no about taking on more work or asking for more responsibility and higher levels of influence. The culture is very entrepreneurial, and your career growth is tightly connected to how much effort you put into it.

Cons

While there is more than enough opportunity to go around, the compensation-to-responsibilities ratio is very slow to catch up. You will frequently be performing jobs 2-3 rungs above your pay grade but pay increases are small and few. Total compensation is very low for the average in this industry.

Pros

Teams are tightknit and supportive with knowledge share and support.

Cons

Employees are numbers. Easily replacable and just ground down with high utilization and eventual burnout and cut. Pay raise process is not even an inflation offset and marketed as a 'merit' increase. Effectively if you stay more than a few years you're just lowering your quality of life over time.
