Pros

Only good thing was that I was telecommute. Got to see the kids grow up for a few months.

Cons

Micromanaging, no training, backwards, old school, no one seems to know what they are doing. You ask them a question and they tell you to go ask someone else. When you finally do your job, you get penalized for it, when you don't do it, you get penalized. Benefits are costly, don't even talk about work/life balance and no culture whatsover. Just watch your back. Someones always out to get you. Oh and they hold grudges even when they are the ones who told you to do it it. What out for Corp IT Networking. Worked from home but felt like a prisoner of my own office. I mean it made me want to get a job to go into work. What does that tell you?

Pros

Work independently, most of the time.

Cons

Thoughtless managers, scattered throughout the USA, entry level and junior level techs only, rapid turnover since they seem to hire constantly and then layoff. Then they will go acquire another company and lay more off. Centralizting IT and other back of the house Admin roles in St Louis, MO.

Pros

Nothing noteworthy comes to mind.....

Cons

Disingenuous and unethical management starting with the hiring practices. I was told things during my interview process, limited travel, corporate credit card, which once I started were not true. It also happened to others on my team. No vision, no management with a clue as to how to run large enterprise projects, just spend the client's money like a drunken sailor and bill them accordingly. Just deplorable practices. TThe majority of the project team quit or asked to be removed from the project. Some who left the at the company for a few years were not paid out for all of their PTO, due to shoddy HR practices. I wasn't there long enough to accrue PTO..... only thing that accumulated was stress. I would collect food stamps before taking a job there again. Job seeker beware.
