      Company asking employees to write positive reviews

      NOTHING good to say about this company.

      I have been told employees have been asked to write POSITIVE reviews for my old company Perficient on Glassdoor. This is one of the most unethical breaches of protocol I have ever witnessed. I can tell you that for your own benefit, avoid this company like the plague. All they care about is their stock price (which is tanking now) and their employees are completely expendable. You better stay utilized if you are a consultant, because what I am witnessing is once you hit the bench, you are terminated immediately. No severance pay either. They'll work your butt off, but try to get ahead and you'll never get there.

      It’s a paycheck. Some decent people and projects.

      Cons

      Where to start: Favoritism, fake FTO policy, all about being billable, sales people will sell anything, massive cannibalism between departments when it comes to a proposal as it’s all about self survival, absolute garbage layoff/no severance policy, MANY two-faced directors and leaders, trained monkeys would do better estimating, and everyone is viewed as a billable object only.

      Low pay, PM’s have too much power, Top heavy, Bill at every cost mentality, little concern for employees. Little concern for training, little regard for personal time.
