      Pros

      The actual department people that I worked with were awesome.

      Cons

      Upper management does not pay those in the department well...with the exception of the VP...Director's...etc. The support is who gets the job done, but when annual reviews come, you never see your effort in pay. They tell you, you deserve more, and penny you to death, while the VP pockets a fat bonus off of your hard work.

      Pros

      Over the years, Perficient had acquired lots of good companies and brought in a large pool of talents with different skill sets. There are a lot of good people to work with and learn from

      Cons

      Lack of vision by the core management team. They are more interested in answering to Wall Street analysts' concerns than growing the company as a whole to benefit all employees.

      Pros

      Big name company with attractive branding.

      Cons

      Incredibly inefficient. Lots of manual work. Horrible work hours. You won't get much sleep. Lots of in-fighting among departments for who gets the revenue. Regularly have to lie to clients about how their money is being spent. Unrealistic expectations for what people can deliver. You won't have time to take vacation and when you burn out, you also won't get paid for that accrued time (make sure you read the fine print of the policy).
