Pros

I have completed 5 years at Perficient, and it’s still an exciting place to be. Right now, the company feels very focused on the future. We're making a strong shift to become an AI-first consultancy, which means there's a huge investment in new tech and training to keep our skills sharp and relevant. Supporting this growth is a genuinely collaborative and inclusive work culture—everyone across the globe works together well. Plus, the new leadership team has set a really clear plan for global growth, giving us a lot of confidence and creating great opportunities for everyone here.

Cons

I genuinely don't find any cons.
