Pros

Perficient has some very talented people who truly enjoy their work and their colleagues. The staff for the most part is very committed to each other; helping each other grow and advance.

Cons

Executive leadership is horribly disconnected from their workforce. Annually they would come to our local office and do a dog and pony show that ammounted to demonstrating how much money the company (and they) were making off of the hard work of the staff. They seemed to be disconnected from the fact that none of these details impacted the bottom line of their trench employees. It was sort of like the royal family showing off their jewels to the peasants.

Cons

Meh pay and if you're not on a steady project or on the bench for too long you will be laid off. There is no severance package for when you are laid off no matter how long you work there.
