      Solid team, poor culture

      Pros

      Coworkers were responsible, intelligent and dedicated. Projects were mostly interesting. Support for learning and developing your skills. Supportive of remote work

      Cons

      All about the bottom line. Management is very wary to push back on abusive clients. Firm ceiling on growth for technical career paths. Takes on projects that it knows are a bad fit for the team to keep the cash rolling in. Average at best comp.

      Cons

      Yearly layoffs due to lack of deals closed. If you are on the wrong project you are gone. No department is safe from the layoffs and it is very short sighted to get rid of great people that we will need when the next deal is closed.

      You get lots of time doing nothing

      Cons

      They reuse the same tool over and over again, and sell it as if it's a custom solution. Employees are blames for not being billable, even-though there is no work to do.
