      Pros

      Decent benefits Good and talented people Excellent client relationships Good work-life balance (if you don’t let them overwork you) Bonuses - if you meet the threshold there are decent incentives. Remote work - allows for flexibility in schedule and working from most any location

      Cons

      FTO policy - says unlimited, but there are specific parameters, and there is no accrual, which means no payout if you leave. Work-life balance - the expectation is that you work all hours if you have team members off shore, and the client is on shore. This is not sustainable for extended lengths of time (more than 6 months) Bench time - if you are without an assigned client anywhere from 4 days to 4 weeks you are at risk for being let go! Adequate compensation - while benefits package and other perks may help, cost of living is increasing while salary is not. Performance based increase is hard to come by, as are position incremental increases.

      Pay scale and Remote option were good

      Cons

      This company is doomed. No projects in pipeline. You will be let go if your project ended and you cant find the next on in 2-3 weeks. This has become more of a staffing consultancy than a IT Strategy driven. I wouldnt recommend.
