      Work from Home Flexible Hours Work with new technologies

      Cons

      Meh pay and if you're not on a steady project or on the bench for too long you will be laid off. There is no severance package for when you are laid off no matter how long you work there.

      A lot of legacy code to be handled. Some projects for big traditional companies could be not much innovative and could be boring.

      Competitive salaries, monthly activities in the office, good work environment. There are many clients, so if you could switch project if you'd like.
