      Pros

      My experience at this company has been disappointing, and unfortunately, I did not find any significant pros to highlight.

      Cons

      It is a purely service-based company. You are unlikely to get long-term projects. There is a lack of inclusivity in the work culture. Everyone works in silos with little to no collaboration. Management does not pay attention to employees or their concerns. Management is often unaware of project details — you must follow up with the client and then update management yourself. The company has little to no brand value in the job market, which may negatively impact your future opportunities if you plan to switch jobs.
