      Competitive Salaries Numerous Clients across a variety of industries Work with partners like IBM, Microsoft, Oracle using hundreds of languages and technologies Remote work is part of company culture Lots of paths for internal promotion

      Lots of travel accompanied by long hours (travel time on top of 50-60 hour work weeks) Very little communication from upper management Unpredictable scheduling (can be told to fly across the US less than a week ahead of time) Mediocre Benefits

      Pros

      Colleagues are great to work with. Leadership at the VP level down wants to do the right thing for the employees, but are unable due to the poor executive leadership of the organization. A lot of great minds and great ideas.

      Cons

      Poor company culture. Executive leaders do not value the employees. Horrible PTO policy and practice. Way too many reductions that happen without notice. Very negative organization and culture.
