      Pros

      Good opportunity for growth in the correct markets and business units if you have hard to find skills.

      Cons

      Business units with poor sale pipelines are risky. Company is not prone to keep associates in a non-billable status for very long since it hurts the company bottom line. This is the risk of working for a publicly traded consulting company. While the company talks a good talk about work life balance, this was not my experience. As with most consulting engagements, they are typically behind schedule when the start and no one is going to say the timeline is too short if it may jeopardize closing the deal.

      Flexibility of work environment and management. Good people to work with and good management support.

      Cons

      Back end systems and processes could use some improvement -- would like to see solutions that are more in line with current technologies. Would also like to see more knowledge sharing across the company.
