      People are expendable and Executive Management very focused on themselves Growth is primarily achieved by acquiring other companies - and then often the acquired companies diminish to nothing

      The pros are that hours are flexible when your a known resource, travel restrictions are supported. That is it for pros.

      Cons

      Leadership team is incompetent. The Directors at this company have been their for a very long time and thankfully they will never lead a practice, but are worried about the senior resources who capable of taking their jobs so they hold everyone under their thumbs.
