      Pros

      I a competitively compensated, really enjoy the work I do and get to work with creative, intelligent, fun people on a daily basis. I've been with Perficient 3+ years and see many opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Perficient has many of the challenges facing other large companies. The culture and experience vary by office. Some of the corporate wide tools and initiatives are flat out bad.

      Initially it was a very positive experience, but the management is uncomfortable with change except for acquisitions.

      Pros

      Good values, good ethics, lots of variety of technologies and solutions to sell/deliver. Constantly changing set of capabilities from the acquisitions.

      Cons

      Very hierarchical. People are organized by their technical ability as a priority over being customer focused. This caused for messy situations with customers and left business units, sales teams, and delivery teams often competing against each other.
