Nice work environment, give you tools to improve your technical skills, you can grow as much as you can, great communication and recognition of the worker's work.
Cons
Not too many benefits, part salary paid with bonus tickets which you have to use them in few places and end up being expensive for the employee. Few people tend to be arrogant and elitist with others.
