      Pros

      Good benefits and competitive salary. Big company with a lot of credibility in the marketplace. This company is a good place to gain valuable experience with big brand names. If you like travel then this company will keep you hopping around.

      Cons

      Unorganized business units. The right hand does not always know what the left is doing. Some projects were clumsily handed-off between sales and implementation so be prepared to adapt quickly and wear many hats. Management is always scrambling to staff projects--especially since if you mess up, even a little, they will get rid of you and find the next person, which can be a little brutal. Attrition is very high.

      You actually work for the company, so in between contracts you still have a job and benefits.

      Cons

      As with any consulting position you are not sure what part of town you will be working.
