Pros

One of the best thing about working at Perficient for the IBM BA group is the people. There's a lot of camaraderie between the people within the group and a lot of support between the coworkers. One of the best thing is the open door policy with Management. You are not intimidated by the "Boss" and know you can talk about anything.

Cons

There's not a lot of group camaraderie across the entire company. Seems like with the rapid growth of the company via acquisitions the people within each of the acquisition just stick with one another. There needs to be interaction between all groups and more of a company wide function at each of the location.

-Laid back environment -Direct access to the president and upper management -Opportunities to learn a broad range of emerging technologies

Cons

-Can often be bounced around on multiple projects, which forces you to be knowledgeable in many technologies, but not really enough time to hone your skills to be an expert in just a few -Some clients are good, some are downright horrible, but that's a con with consulting work in general
