      There is no vision at the top of the company, it is all about margins and nothing about innovation or getting ahead of the game. Poor compensation and bonus plan.

      decent overall compensation and benefits. very good paid time off. if you are interested to develop skills then you will get plenty of opportunity.

      Cons

      Have to be flexible to relocate or travel. Good if you are a bachelor and looking to file for green card. this is more like a body shop. management doesn't care about your life. hardly every met my manager in years of service.
