      Pros

      people are great. clients and projects are challenging. they are very talented and are able to deliver great work for and on behalf of the clients.

      Cons

      not very people focused. they focus on billable hours more than they do the individuals. but it is a consultant shop so that is what you should expect.

      No pros come to mind.

      Cons

      Every employee has the same number of vacation days, no matter how long you are with the company. Employees are required to use Axiom for all travel arrangements. The site is often down and it recommends expensive hotels sometimes as far as 60 miles from the job site.

      Pros

      Good for Sales and HR. They have encouraged some specific people to write false positive reviews t attract newer talent.

      Cons

      You earn some bonus only when you bill X number of hours. No incentives for work quality and no training provided. The support staff is spread thin and overworked. No incentives for internal work except for blogging. There is no real growth. The firm grows by buying out other smaller firms.
