      Pros

      Flexible with good work life balance. You have the ability to shape your own career if you are in the right high profile group and good support of management.

      Cons

      Little direction for consultants that don't know their way around the company. Growth plan is based on acquisitions which is good for the company growth, but challenging from a revolving door of new people.

      Pros

      There are plenty of opportunities for an individual’s personal growth. Perficient has formal training available to everyone and they have a liberal training budget. We have a great and growing global client base. All my managers have taken time to mentor and advise me on a regular basis. I'm proud to be part of an awesome, growing team and see a great future ahead! We’re hiring too!

      Pros

      - competitive salary - published career paths that provide a clear and virtually unfettered progression for those of us who hope to remain technical for the entirety of our career - strategic vendor partnerships create opportunities that would not exist in a corporate environment or smaller consultancy - company is still small enough that each individual matters

      Cons

      I have not yet encountered anything about Perficient that I find to be a "con" of working at the company.
