      Growing company. Looking to change model to more solution selling. Great place if you like to be technical.

      Cons

      Sales folks in certain groups, cannot even fish in their own accounts. Chances for career growth beyond Director pretty slim. Low salaries compared to what the industry is paying. All decisions need approval of GM or VP. Cannot trust management in certain groups. Performance review is a joke. Consultants always in stress if not on engagements for more than 2 months if they will be laid off.
