Pros
Transparent process, flexible work environment, no pressure, good learning and growth, regular hikes but average pay. India offices are bit reluctant on spending for employees, less activities, party once in a year. Overall work wise good. Facility wise less.
Cons
No onsite opportunity, its divided into regions as gdc offices and each gdc competes with other. No global collaboration, no onsite even for short term like trainings or visit for a week/month
