      Not a a good place to work.

      Pros

      Would be a OK place for a traveling consultant or a contractor looking for short term work. Decent starting benefit package.

      Cons

      Senior Management is horrible and removed from the employees communication. You have to watch your back as many employees will do anything they can to get a title of Director. And many have that title who are not qualified. Get out of your cushy offices and generate revenue. How many Directors can you really have in one SBU folks!?

      Great inner training for newbies (but not that helpful to experienced workers); simple interpersonal relationships; relatively fair opportunities to everyone.

      Cons

      As workers in China, badly treated by executives in the U.S., especially considering salary; fair working environment, but not that good.
