      It is a good company with good opportunities for work, however their compensation and bonus package needs a big overhaul

      Pros

      - Cross functional experience. - Mgmt works to give work-life balance. - Good projects. - Very knowledgable colleagues to work with.

      Cons

      - Compensation is not good. - Bonus package is non-existent. Extrahours put in by consultants are paid out as bonus...which is also very minimal. - Job appraisal and growth is very slow.

      Pros

      Very flexible as long as you're in a gig. Clean and straightforward bonus policy.

      Cons

      The reasons I signed up with this company for (raises, per diem, flexibility in booking your own hotels, airfare, raises) are fast disappearing, in an effort to become more like the large consulting companies. Their bonus mechanism is still pretty good, but I'm sure that's the next thing on the chopping block. It's hard to stay motivated when working for a company that spends all of their money on acquisitions rather than on keeping their employees happy.
