      Pros

      It is ok to work at PRFT. Average salaries.

      Cons

      Salaries are not great. Some of the benefits are there for the sake of benefits. When you want to use them, you have so many restrictions.

      Fortune 500 clients with good projects and solid delivery teams. Varied technology and business verticals to focus as a consultant. Flexible work environment if client permits. Decent benefits package.

      Cons

      Disjoint vertical and horizontal teams. Don't feel like part of a large company as most businesses are run independently. Not all projects are completely owned which forces mixed teams at different locations. Not very clear careerpath.
