FTO is fine, coworkers are very bright and kind, high profile projects, overall I like working here.
Cons
I am so disappointed in the XD team management. They always preach transparency, but I just found out that they laid off like 10 designers in May without even telling the rest of the team. I found out because a coworker of mine was told about the situation by their manager in May. The manager had said that team leadership would be hosting a meeting to discuss why the layoffs happened and answer questions, like they normally do. But I guess leadership decided transparency is not of importance to them anymore. So all of us are finding out through the grapevine that our friends and colleagues have been terminated. It does not inspire confidence and I'm so disappointed in Erin's decision to hide this from us.
