We rely on our colleagues to fuel our business, and understand that we must invest in people to succeed. Regarding your advice, all new colleagues hired into sales-focused roles attend on-site training at Perficient’s corporate headquarters and participate in the annual sales conference where information, education, and skills are imparted.

Perficient uses a number of internal systems to conduct day-to-day operations. While some of these systems are off-the-shelf and not specifically customizable, we are regularly looking for ways to improve where and when possible. For example, we are excited to have recently launched a custom-built front-end solution that makes it easier and more efficient for colleagues in sales and business coordinator positions to execute their roles.
