      Expansive delivery capabilities across nearly 20 practices. Delivery is solid for the most part. Sales leadership needs to be turned over to see a change

      Not cohesion between sales, overlays, and marketing. Poor sales leadership and communications to the field create multiple cycles to understand the internal priorities. Challenges to of who they want to be in the future
