Pros
Perficient is a great place to learn. The challenges are big, and you can grow a lot in your role. At the beginning, the team is very supportive, and colleagues are nice.
Cons
I feel that leadership is very bad. The people leading the team don’t know much about recruitment or HR, which makes it hard for them to manage the team properly. Sometimes, there is micromanagement, which affects the work environment.
