Business Outlook
Pros
Speaking only for St. Louis Business Unit (because there is some variation between business units). Everyone is fantastic. People really take the time to collaborate and provides the best solutions even if they aren't necessarily on the project. GM and directors and reachable, visible, and willing to help for any reason. The people are extremely intelligent, capable, professional, and friendly. In my time here, I really get the vibe that Perficient employees love providing solutions and care about their clients and employees.
Cons
Like I said, all BUs operate pretty independently, so there's a lack of consistency.
