I had the chance to grow a lot since I joined the company (previously was PSL and then Perficient bought it), not only in tech skills but also in human ones

Cons

Since Perficient adquired PSL, the culture inside the company changed to a more hierarchical one, with a lot of downsides from the previous behaviour
