Thanks for the post. People, culture, solutions - important ingredients to a great company. We believe in providing a flexible schedule as our employees need that flexibility to deal with the things life throws at us. One area we have put a lot of effort into is our employee development programs. Over the two years that I have been here, more employee development has been one of the most requested items from our teams. Certainly we want to be sure employees are adequately trained not only on their role but other initiatives around the company including cyber-security threats.
