      Pros

      It’s a relatively new company in India. Keeping that in mind, people joining are the ones to set culture and environment. It’s good so far. There’s no such thing like micro-management or mis-management encountered. There’s a good opportunity to grow and learn.

      Cons

      There were no HR per say in India. They have recently hired one. Therefore many policies, facilities etc are not properly documented yet. But I personally think that can be improved over the time.
