* Excellent work culture - The company is flexible with working hours, and there is no pressure to work overtime. The company culture is highly collaborative. Employees are encouraged to share their ideas and work together to solve problems. I have never come cross such a healthy way of managing/leading in a professional environment. This is honestly one of the best companies I've worked for. My managers have been brilliant and happy in my role. We navigated through the pandemic with very little disruption to the workplace.
* Excellent Management & Leading - The management team is very supportive, approachable and grounded. They are always willing to listen to employee feedback and make changes to improve the work environment.
* Excellent professional/personal life balance - Holiday allowance, Summer Hours, Remote-work, etc.
* Great career opportunities - The company offers a lot of opportunities and all the needed support for employees to grow and develop their skills. There are training opportunities, and employees are encouraged to take on new challenges.
