      -Work/Life Balance -Learning Opportunities -Decent Management

      Cons

      -The company would instead buy more companies instead of investing in employees. -Benefits are inadequate, considering the size of the company. -FAR below-market pay. Especially for California. -No stocks or any investment opportunities (private equity owned). -No transparency. -You're part of a "mission"... Good luck finding out that mission.
