I really appreciate the post and honest feedback. Every year we evaluate our pay against industry averages and the pay of our employees in those roles. I would encourage you to have a conversation with your manager and/or People and Culture representative. I have always encouraged managers and employees to talk at least once during their 1 on 1 meetings about career, pay, benefits and understanding what the person really wants from their career.
