      I appreciate your post and honesty on working remote. We've heard you and are working on a couple initiatives to help connect you further to Perforce, our culture, what we do for our customers and being part of the team. You don't have to reside in the Minneapolis office to feel connected, grow your career or your skills. One thing we have started is Coffee with the CEO. This is a chance for you to ask any question about the company, your product, or even make suggestions on how we could improve. We are looking for opportunities to bring our remote employees into one of our offices. We did hold several product "wonder" meetings last year and will do the same again this year.       I appreciate the post. Perforce does allow for a very flexible work schedule including flexible Friday's. We recently brought in a new Learning and Development leader to help drive programs that will provide additional training, learn new skills and most importantly, prepare employees for expanded roles or promotions. I'd love to learn more on how you feel we can improve communications. We do have regular CEO emails, monthly ALL HANDS meetings, business unit updates and Slack channels to reach our employees. ~Jim Cassens, CEO
