Everyone works diligently and logically (no time wasted on half-baked ideas, unreasonable demands, unnecessary tasks, etc.) on a regular basis, and then gets on with their lives. It's very refreshing. People are also extremely nice. If you come from a more cut-throat environment this will be a bit of a shock, but you'll get used to it! And probably become more pleasant as a result of all the positivity :) Perforce is well-established so you're able to focus more on the "how do we make this even better" than the "how do we do this" which is also positive.
