Pros

A primary technical product company boasting market-leading products and a diversified portfolio within the DevOps domain. The standout feature lies in its vibrant work culture, affording ample opportunities for honing technical skills and recognizing innovation within the team, while also fostering an environment that appreciates new ideas. The work-life balance is commendable.

Cons

With their rapid growth, there's an abundance of tasks across all products, necessitating careful prioritization. Every task is deemed high priority, requiring consistent dedication and delivering nothing less than your best effort.

Thanks for leaving a post about your experience at Perforce. I would agree with you that our Minneapolis location is a vibrant office. It has an open floor plan, free snacks and coffee, community lunches on Wednesday's, happy hours on Thursday's, a game room, golf simulator and a Fun Committee that keeps the fun flowing with costume parties, scavenger hunts, Twins baseball outtings, we really enjoy being with our employees and mixing in fun at work. We also have key recognitions for our employees from Perforce Hero's to our Pinnacle Awards, to acknowledging good work at our All Hands meetings. Thanks for leaving the post! ~Jim Cassens, CEO

Thanks for the post and the great feedback, especially the advice to Management. We will continue to look for ways to expand our solutions and create innovative new features. For instance, the advancements and integrations we have planned in using AI in our solutions will help simplify our customers use of our products. New integrations with our testing solutions will provide new capabilities for users and our new Helix Core Cloud is seeing great adoption from smaller game studios. Our goal is to continue advancing our solutions forward. Thanks again for your post. ~ Jim Cassens, CEO

Thank you for the review. I would agree with you, as a growing company that is an active acquirer of companies, change is necessary as we integrate new entities. Additionally, we continue to adapt to our customers, market and fluctuations in the business environment. Hearing your feedback, we will look for ways to minimize the amount of change we ask our employees to absorb. Thanks again for the review.

Thanks for mentioning work-life balance. It is really important for us to maintain that balance for our employees. Everyone works hard and from time to time we have to put in some extra time to get things done but we are conscious of making sure there is appropriate balance to that time at work. Our Flexible Friday program allows employees to get an early start on the weekend and a good way to recharge and disconnect. ~Jim Cassens, CEO

It's good to hear you are finding Perforce has created a great work environment with a people first perspective. Our employees are what make Perforce great. We do work hard to keep a flat organizational structure and hopefully you will see continued improvement in access to leaders, understanding of our planning, and availability to technology needed for your role. We do keep a close eye on our expenses but that is intentional and done to eliminate any dramatic changes to our business. I was able to recently spend some time in our Pune office where we shared our product and portfolio direction that was met with great excitement from the team. We look forward to a bright future as our products will address a huge need in generating scalable applications at speed. ~Jim Cassens, CEO
