      PCG truly invests in developing its employees, offering ample opportunities for continued training (internally and externally), collaboration, and innovation. Management encourages employees to voice their ideas for new initiatives and efficiencies and oftentimes provides the necessary resources to get those projects off the ground, providing ICs with an opportunity to strengthen unique skillsets and make an impact. Retirement benefits are second to none—annual stock gifts and an above-average 401(k) match make a huge difference in long-term financial security, supporting the company's commitment to employee success and well-being. Generally speaking, PCG does a great job embodying its core values, especially around safety, entrepreneurial spirit, quality, integrity, customer alignment, and fun.

      While the company posits that individuals with different experiences, cultures, and perspectives strengthen us as a whole, there's still great opportunity for diversifying the employee base. Additionally, while career growth opportunities exist, advancement does take time, and greater transparency around corporate career paths would help employees navigate their development more effectively.
