      overtime pay every day and stability

      Cons

      Mistreatment of most employees and no help to improve. You are just supposed to figure it out on your own. They cater to those that are robots. The second you stand up for fellows is the moment they disregard you. But good luck getting them to treat you with any regard in the first place. if you are a masochist, you might like the work environment and the work life balance

      Too few of us to be able to keep up with all the work. Overtime was normal. I never really understood what my job overview or objective was.
